ORDER NOTICE & DELIVERY TIMES
We deliver Sundays – Friday please inquire either via the web site, email or by calling our office for a delivery quote. Orders should be placed before 2:00pm two business days before your delivery date, or as order deadlines are indicated.
If you have a last minute request, please contact us at info@cateringbyandrew.com, or call the office and we will try our best to accommodate your order.
Standard delivery times are 8:00 am and 6:00pm 6 days per week Sunday to Thursday and between 8:00am and 2:00pm on Fridays.
Standard delivery window is within 2 hours.
Deliveries required outside our standard delivery times or shorter delivery windows are subject to additional charges, , please contact us at info@cateringbyandrew.com, or call the office and we will try our best to accommodate your order.
We cannot guarantee delivery at an exact time – we will deliver within the timeslot you have selected. Please note occasionally there maybe slight delays due to unforeseen traffic circumstances.
Catering by Andrew prices are updated from time to time. Items will be charged at the price applicable at the time you submit your order and as shown on the invoice. In the case where an item is out of stock or unavailable we will try to contact you to make other arrangements.
Menu items with seasonal produce may be substituted due to availability we will try to notify you if a change needs to be made.
DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery fees vary depending on delivery location and delivery needs of your order. Delivery fees will be added to your invoice.

Changes to your order require 2 business days’ notice and can be emailed to info@cateringbyandrew.com
Credit card surcharges apply (2.7%)
Payment is required in full upon ordering.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation charges will apply if your order is cancelled within 2 business days prior to your delivery, your order will not be refunded.
If your online order is cancelled with more than 2 business days notice you will receive a full refund of your total order. except for special holiday orders
